The Unit 5 is about managing classes.
I learn that Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class in a friendly and relaxed manner, maintaining discipline at the same time. How to use eye contact, gesture and the voice while addressing to the students is very important because in this way we create and maintain the conection therefore we should always choose carefully the most appropriate and positive ways in order to bring the best we can from our learners.
Because I'm new in the teaching field was very helpful for me to study about the following notions: grouping students, classroom arangement, writing on the board, giving individual attention, teacher talking time and student talking time or how to give instructions, establishing rapport and maintaining discipline.
Was important to read about reasons for problem behavior, how to prevent and more important how to respond to problems behavior.
