In this unit we focused on how to structure a lesson and what outcome we want for it. Earlier, when we were first learning about the concept of engage, study, activate I had a difficult time wrapping my head around the idea. When using these ideas and forming it into an actual lesson plan I feel that the entire concept came together for me and made the lesson planning more straight forward. I am personally a very visual learner and need to make lists so the Lesson plan chart will be a good way for me to form out how I would like to teach. Also, by laying out a lesson plan like shown in this chapter I feel it will be easier to come up with activities as well.
