I often have students practice writing in class, but I often feel that they really struggle with forming sentences. Seeing different ways on how to engage their attention first and then move the class into groups for a larger activity is very beneficial to see. I really enjoyed reading the differences found in this lesson with the previous one. It is interesting to see how the development for receptive skills and productive skills differs in the ESL classroom. I want to be able to create more engaging lessons for my students, so the material covered in these two sections were really exciting to read through.
