Unit 19 is about teaching the different groups of students. The different groups can be students in groups and one to one lessons. Within these groups, there can be several different learners such as adult and young learners with or without experience in the English language. This unit also talks about what a teacher should and should not do. For example, the teacher should never threaten or overwhelm the students with a lot of homework. Another example with teaching Business English, would be, when going to the company, make sure to match the company's dress code and see what the students' needs are.
