In Unit 3 I learned different teaching theories, methodologies, and activities to lead a classroom. The material was very valuable because it prepares you to lead a classroom. It also helps with basic understanding of how to form a lesson plan. As a teacher in training i found most useful the examples of lesson plans and the list of activities that can be used to engage the students. The ESA model is a great model for beginner teachers because it provides a framework and guides teachers to structure a lesson. I also like that it can be applied to different levels of English language learners. That's really helpful!
