This unit provides a basic guideline on how to best manage a class. Good management of a classroom environment depends on a lot of factors. Some of them are: (1) the teacher's mannerism: eye contact, gesture and voice, ; (2) teaching strategies: seating and grouping choices, division between Teacher Talking Time(TTT) and Student Talking Time (STT); and (3) a balanced combination of good rapport and positive discipline.
