Obviously the first lesson was quite bad once because of the teacher attitude and also because of the mistakes he made while being scornful towards students. A teacher can not complain or annoy any of the students, they are there to learn something and nobody can expect a non native speaker to understand the grammar terms by name. Examples have to be given before judgment. The second video was a great example of behavior of how a teacher must be in the classroom. I liked and learnt a lot of both videos. It is true that once you enter the classroom, leave yourself and your ego outside. You are there to teach and to help, not to judge.
