In this section I learned the importance of coming up with a lesson plan for each class. Keeping it flexible but having materials ready to cover. Also making sure the correct material is covered to make sure students are being taught properly. There are different stages that need to be covered and timing is important. The material covered can either be teacher and student oriented or student and student groups. It's good to review after to improve the lesson plan for next time. There is different structures that can be used straight ESA, boomerang, or patchwork ESA. Worksheets can be prepared in order for study phase or study groups for the students. It's important that there's structure for the class to make sure there's enough time to cover all materials. Staying flexible as the students are learning.
