I have learnt the many methodologies used to teaching a foreign language. I think a mixture of them would be a better asset. I find the Communicative language teaching and the p.p.p. better than all the others. The Suggestopaedia and silent way are weird and I have never heard of it. The ESA methodology is very interesting and I am especially impressed by the correction prompts. I have suffered in my childhood from teachers correcting every single mistake as it came and I was never able to complete my sentences with all the interruptions. So this is very good to learn. It is wonderful to also learn so many ways of keeping students alive and interested. Boring and predictable classes are the worst that can happen to a student. Variation keeps them paying attention and time passes quickly while they actually learn without looking at their watches. I love this course.
