This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I found this to be the most difficult unit so far. The subjects presented in this unit were Modals, Phrasal Verbs and Passive Voice. Activities and charts were given that were helpful, but some of the ideas have very fine points that are difficult to understand. Modals are words used before the verb to add meaning. Some examples are: can, could, may, might, shall, etc. They can be used to express obligation, possibility, permission or prohibition, ability, and advice. We learned about passive verses active voice, relative clauses which have 3 different categories, non-defining relative clauses and phrasal verbs of which there are 3 different types.
