Problem teaching situations are common.
With new classes, there is the problem of establishing rapport with the students and the teacher. Warmers (short, fun communicative activities) may be helpful in such situations.
Students may have different levels of interest and learning, so pairing a stronger student with a weaker one might be prudent during some lessons.
