In this unit I have learned how to create a good classroom environment. A good teacher has to be able to establish a safe environment where all students can feel comfortable in order for them to grow and develop their English. It starts with the teacher connecting with the students, and giving all of the students a chance to establish rapport with each other as a group. It is of great value to lead as a good role model. In order to to get respect we have to lead with a good example. Always see all students and be strict but fare, and keep it simple when talking in front of the class so that everybody understands.
