This unit talks about how the teacher plays his or her role in the class to involve all of the students in the activities, and how to motivate and deal with students of different English levels in incorporating them together away from any kind of problem. Also, it presents variable solutions that the teacher can use to fix any problem that might appear in the students? language or levels, and how to treat every student smoothly. I learned from this unit that an experienced teacher can assign different effective tasks and activities to avoid having troubles with the students and to keep the student-student and teacher-student relationship even and peaceful. In my opinion, the teacher should create a friendly atmosphere in the class and be sensitive to all of the students with maintaining the class conducted because the more the experienced teacher understands the students minds and needs the more he or she can combine the students appropriately whatever the size of the class might be.
