I like playing with English grammar as for learner from Vietnam as well Asian countries we always learn by heart and do well grammar performance. That is our advantage. On the other hand, learners from EU or America have very good communication skills. I still remember when I studied at high school, I always got high score at writing but for speaking (interviewing) with Teacher I received bad marks, so did my friends.
If you are good at English grammar, you could be a good translator and if you are good at spoken English , to some extent, can speak like the indigenous you can be an excellent interpreter. From my experience, almost English teacher, who is Vietnamese, is good at grammar but not at spoken English. In the past I loved English because of famous everlasting songs like Heal the World, Nothing gonna change my love for you, Sleeping child? now I love English as It would make my life more educated.
