This unit was valuable as it emphasized the importance of testing, whether that be a placement test to find the appropriate class for the student, or progress testing to view how the student is progressing. It is important to understand these different types of tests in order to know which are applicable to a given situation. Being able to apply the appropriate test is important when trying to help students succeed so that you can a) have them in the appropriate class, b) be aware of their progress, and c) determining their strengths and weaknesses in order to improve them even further.Unit sixteen centered on repetition of statements and questions exactly as been said or differently but carries the same meaning. it taught how to report what some one had said, is saying or question been asked to another person. the unit also highlighted lessons from previous chapters that dealt with the various tenses.
