I am very glad that I have approached towards the end of the course.This is a great unit that highlights things we need to be aware of when seeking, applying for and keeping employment opportunities. Cultural difference is probably the biggest barrier that every foreign teacher has to be confronted with when starting teaching in a new country.To get adapted to a new environment and to achieve a fruitful career, it will be better for us to err on a more conservative attitude to live through the cultural shocks. Being a successful teacher not only requires a good rapport with students but also one between colleagues as seeking help and suggestions from experienced teachers can always be a good alternative.
