This lesson went through the importance of planning a lesson.
Mainly as an aid to understand what is to be achieved by the lesson, how it is to be done and problems that may come up as well as it being a record and a working document.
It then showed outlines of lesson plans and what should be included and monitoring lessons. I feel this is important for future lessons and building on personal teaching skills because writing it down allows you to keep a record of both your progress and progress of the children whilst making it easier to pick out weaknesses in lessons and allowing one to continue to be flexible in the future
