This video unit assisted me in visualizing how a lesson should be properly executed. The first video was a great example of how a lesson should not be carried out: I felt awkward and intimidated just from watching it. On the other hand, the teacher was noticeably more friendly and engaging in the second video. I feel like I?ve learn a lot about how to approach students and elicit answers, as well as how to maintain proper student interest during a lesson. Many of the theories and ideas raised in previous chapters were able to be seen in practice in the two videos, which was also a great learning experience for me.
