Tips on managing large groups is very helpful. The segment on use of native language is essential. Only refer to native tongue when absolutely necessary. Finally the issue of psychology comes into play regarding reluctant students and your tips are excellent. As a result of this lesson I think I will have a grip on most classroom situations.
