This unit provides how to teach first lesson to students; need to check new students or existing students, the games how to make students feel familiar the classroom, warmer games to make students feel active. Most of the time, we teach the same level classroom. But, there are slow learners. This unit also describes at that time how to manage the classroom, which methods (Dos and Don?ts) are useful to teach the different level classroom. Some classes have around 20 students whereas some classes have large classes. I have learned the helpful techniques for large class from this unit. Some monolingual students may use their mother tongue to communicate each other or some students feel tense to use English language. This unit shows me how to encourage the students to use English. I have learned a lot of knowledge form all of the units provided in International TEFL and TESOL Training Course.
