In this unit we've covered the different methodologies that are used during language teaching and focused on the ESA method which is more commonly used by new teachers. I've learnt that the ESA method gives me more flexibility on how my classes can be structured which in effect makes it less predictable to students and is also an effective method to use in order to motivate my students,to engage them and create an environment which allow them to use the language. Finally, I've learnt that there are different correction techniques that can be used and that self-correction and student-to-student correction should always be encouraged.
