This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The unit was about the types of course books and materials used in a classroom. The part about the advantages and disadvantages of course books was very familiar in respect of my childhood English lessons. We used a course book called Chatterbox, which was so much fun and interesting for all the students, and as mentionied in this unit, the coursebook was a three book series, and the student book, or as I remember, it was called the pupil's book, was colourful and very interesting, as opposed to workbook being black and white and boring. It was meant for the stufy phase as I understand now, but back then, it wasn't a very welcome addition after the pupil's book. Teacher's book was different and I have always wondered why, but now it makes sense, and mostly used as a guide book for the teacher.
