The future tense addresses actions in the future. There are some similarities in structure with the present ans past tenses. They share simple, perfect, continuous, and perfect continuous aspects. The future perfect is used to make general predictions that is not based on evidence. It is also used to address future facts. The future perfect is used to show actions that are completed by a certain future time. For example, I will have eaten by 7:00 pm. The future continuous addressing progressive actions that are happening at a certain future time. The future perfect continuous is used to show how long an action will have been going on at a certain future time. The emphasis is on the duration of the action. When I retire I will have been working as an engineer for 32 years.
The structure of the sentence can be used to determine which future tense is being used. The use of the past participle of the verb indicate a perfect tense. A sentence with the -ing form of the verb would indicate a continuous tense.
