Unit 19 gives a hierarchy of students' language levels. It provides the information about approaches for teaching complete beginners, false beginners, business students, kids, groups with different alphabet and multi-groups.
Business student as usual are more motivated. However, their attendance is usually irregular. On the other hand children catch faster than adults. While teaching the beginners the instructions should be very clear. Classes for children are to be more attractive and live. Preparing for business lessons teacher needs to research about the industry,analyze student's aims and requirments. Meanwhile, some business students may still need basics of language.
What I've learned from the unit is that mid-course evaluation should take a place during the studying process. It is taken in order to elicit what students have assimilated from covered topics. Also it is important for a teacher to control the usage of native language by the students.
