Unit 20 is the last unit and it deals with Troubleshooting. There are sevelar situations that can cause problems to teachers. One of these situations is first lessons. There are two types of first lessons: new group, in which studnets do not know each other, and existing group, in which students already know each other and are comfortable with each other. In the first lessons the teacher should not use the course book, should establish rapport between the studnets and between the students and the teacher; find out about the students, like their interests and future plans; find out the level of each studnets, etc. When dealing with different levels within the same class, the teacher should use different materials, pair weaker students with stronger ones, etc. When it comes to large classes teachers should use worksheets, do pair or group work, choral repetition, appoint group leaders to speak, dynamics in ideas to bring to the classroom, etc. Teachers should always encourage students to use English inside the classroom and he/she should only use English even if he/she is familiar with the students' native language. Finally, when it comes to reluctant students teachers can do pair work, use role-plays, or use tape recorders so studnets would not feel so intimidated.
