This Unit was interesting. This Unit went over different forms of pronunciation. The English language is often spoken with a rise/fall pattern of speech in an authority matter, but then changes to a fall/rise manner when waiting for someone to respond. By changing the focus of a sentence on a single word, you can change the sentence's meaning. One of the larger problems of English is teaching certain sounds that make up English words. A technique that helps teach this is the articulation spots of the mouth that show where in the mouth that English pronunciations come from. By practicing sound exercise with their students, teachers can help students pronounce new words.
