This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The first and most basic obligation of a teacher is to see the beauty that exists within every student. Every child is infinitely precious. When we start from this vantage point, classroom management -- and its flip side, student engagement -- comes more easily. It's an outgrowth of students feeling loved and respected.
