As the unit title suggests, this third unit is all about developing a course for Business English. Since these classes are supposed to be structured to the needs of the students, as opposed to General English language classes, the way in which a teacher creates the course is very different. The unit goes on in detail on various testing that takes place before, during, and after the course. It describes the importance of a needs analysis for the teacher to be able to come up with a syllabus. The unit talks about the different kinds of syllabi and focuses that the course might need. In the end, it discusses the importance of course evaluations, so the teacher can see what worked well and what did not.
