This section provided a nice overview of the common parts of English grammar I have previously studied in school. Although none of the information was new to me it was useful to revisit the rules and get a detailed explanation of the patterns of English conjugation such as the rule of duplicating a consonant when converting an adjective into its comparative form. Because I teach fairly low-level Elementary English I don't often have a chance to utilize these rules in class but knowing them definitely helps me prepare my students for the more rigorous grammatical studies they will have to face in middle school.
