Unit 7 is a refresher course on the Engagement, Study, Activate method of teaching English Foreign Language. It focused on vocabulary, grammar, and functions. When teaching vocabulary there are certain factors that make it easier to learn new vocabulary and certain factors to make it easier to teach new vocabulary. There are also certain things that a student must know about a vocabulary item. When teaching grammar there are certain things that must be done. Students must understand the meaning, the must know how it is used and when, forms and patterns are essential, and lastly, how it is spoken. In addition to vocabulary and grammar the function of language is important to teach. Certain conventions of civilization are important to teach in the target language.
