This unit provides great insight about various teaching methods,theories and techniques. I have learned quite a lot from this unit. First of all the \"ESA model\" was a wonderful example of what the different steps are to organise a class. First you have to engage your students, afterwards you have to let them study and in the end you have to activate them. Although you can use them in a different order such as the \"Boomerang\" method. This unit also provided me with a lot of insight about different games that you can introduce during a class, in order to engage your students. Some of them were completely new for me such as the box game etc. At the end of this unit I have learned more about of how to correct and give students feedback. This is extremely important in my opinion, because only with good/positive feedback a student will give his/her utmost the next time.
