This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The unit covers the last bit of Grammar required for the course. Which includes Modal Auxiliary Verbs, Active and Passive Voice, Relative Clause and Phrasal Verbs. Modal verbs are pretty fun to work with, in my opinion, once they are introduced to you. They are used to express possibilities, abilities, grant/ask permission, seek/provide advise and obligations. Passive voice is used when an actions agent isn't important or known. A relative clause, is either defining or non-defining; and is used to identify or describe other nouns. Defining clauses give relevant information about the noun; whereas, non-defining clauses provide non-relevant information that doesn't have to be there for the sentence to make sense. Phrasal verbs are complicated, the unit states at the end not to be afraid of them...I am.
