After taking this course I have learned about what my role as a teacher will be and what role the students will play. I have had gotten some good practice with what a traditional lesson plan should include and how to execute it. I also have many good engage, study, and activity stage ideas that can be used for a variety of topics. I have learned a lot about and the past, present, and future tenses. Studying the grammar was useful because as a native english speaker I had not thought about the specifics but will have to know to answer the students! The course had some really good tips on how to be the most effective teacher possible and I intend to follow these as close as possible. The course also pointed some problem areas that the students might have and as a teacher I will pay extra close attention to these areas.
