I have gained quite a lot from this course. It has not only consolidated my basic knowledge of grammar but it has also taught me many new concepts I was previously unaware of. I have also enjoyed grammar as it a challenging topic and is a necessary part of life.
Most of my teaching career, I have taught Years 5 and 6 students, and have had a high emphasis on teaching them correct grammar. This course will now extend my knowledge that I can pass on to the students.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and I am very excited to begin my next one.
I have also learnt a new and interesting way to teach lesson plans. Obviously as a primary school teacher, I have learnt a different way but it was very challenging and interesting to learn the Engage, Study and Activate plan.
With the knowledge I have learnt, I am hoping to move overseas and teach english as an ESL instructor. I am also looking forward to the prospect of travelling. This course has opened up a whole new world for me and my family and I am hoping for a new challenge and family adventure.
