I have gained a lot of information from this course, particularly what teaching will entail. I always knew that it was more than simply stating information taken from a textbook, but did not realize it could be made interesting and/or fun with just a bit of effort put behind it. It will obviously be a lot of work, as every group of students will be different, and even teaching the same group of students over the course of the year will have its challenges. Using the information gained from this course, I hope to be able to implement a lot of the strategies and activities to their full extent, making sure to keep each lesson interesting enough to keep to students' attention from wavering, while also being able to assist them in their need to learn and improve upon their english speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. I will try to make the lessons simple (as i tend to over think what needs to be included in the lesson) while also making sure that is useful and beneficial to the students' needs.
