The course has prepared me to plan lessons efficiently. By using the ESA lesson plan technique and format, not only will my lessons be organized, but I can prepare myself for any problems that might occur during class. A lot of the units also provided ideas for all the stages (engage, study, activate) to help me vary my lessons. Another important thing I have gained was a more concrete understanding on grammar. I always knew the basic grammar at the back of my head, but the course helped me refresh this memory. Also, the course taught me a lot about teaching in general. I learned to consider the importance of individual, pair or group work, and also how I should present myself as a teacher.
