I have gained an understanding of EFL needs and teaching methodology, and a concise overview of grammar for teaching EFL students. I have developed many teaching ideas. I have gained also from the practice creating lesson plans and from the feedback provided by my IIIT tutor to enhance lesson plans. I also have appreciated the teaching resources and web-site links provided in the course material.
Having kept careful records of my lesson plans and progress in the program, and having compiled teaching resources, I am prepared to develop engaging, effective english programs for my EFL students. I plan to apply for a teaching position with monolingual adult EFL students, and to also provide private lessons for Business english.
