The ITTT TEFL course has been a good short term. What I have personally gained is the knowledge of the ESA plan and its’ subsidiaries. It has been helpful to learn that one can set a lesson in this way to help students more effectively and enjoy class. In fact, I have already incorporated this method into my lessons with my students while I have been taking this course. I have already started lessons with a short evaluation followed by the main study content. Sometimes if there is time I also end with an english game such as hangman or word search.
