I have learned a lot about english grammar (things that I use but never really thought about before). I also learned a lot about the different dynamics of classrooms and techniques to deal with problems and how to prevent them. This class has also opened my eyes to the fact that there is still a lot of things that I can learn to assist me even more in the classroom. I plan on using the recommend books and websites to further improve my skills and knowledge. The things that I learned from this class will be used on a daily basis in my classroom. Being well prepared will be helpful to keep myself and my class on task. Lesson plans have been a big part of this course and I see how they are useful in ensure that I will have a plan and everything I need. I will probably develop my own lesson plan template if my school site does not have a required one but sample from this course will be an excellent starting off point.
