This unit explains the following 5 types of Conditionals:
Zero Conditional: When you boil water, you get steam (condition , irrefutable consequence) (if/when + present tense, present tense)
First Conditional: If he studies hard, he will pass the exam (condition , possible or certain consequence) (if + present simple, will)
Second Conditional: If he won the lottery, he would travel the world (hypothetical situation) (if+ past simple, would/could/might + base form)
Third Conditional: If I had exercised, I would've been slimmer (hypothetical past action + hypothetical past consequence) (If+ past perfect, would/could/might + have + past participle)
Mixed Conditional: If I had listened to him, I would be in serious trouble (hypothetical past action + hypothetical present consequence) (If+ past perfect, would + base form)
