Unit 11 covers receptive skills which involve the ability to listen and read. The unit teaches trainees how to develop strategies for helping students improve their ability to understand English through reading and listening.

This unit helped me to understand the different ways in which i can effectively manage and organize a classroom for the best possible results. It taught me how to be flexible and firm with students and how to deal with challenges that may arise. This will be very useful for my present and future classes.This was another fairly technical unit, which would require revision before teaching. It has taught me about modal and phrases verbs and also addressed transitive and intransitive phrases verbs. The first few questions in this unit were fairly intuitive, and this unit was another good revision of tenses.
