This unit looks closely at the importance of modal verbs in English communication and also covers the passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs. It has a very clear explanation for each subject and gives ideas of how to teach them in a way that will make the students understand everything easily.As I studied this unit I realized how much I needed to brush up on my English grammar. After all I had not gone over the different types of nouns, verb and adjectives since I was in elementary school. This unit showed me the importance of sentence structure and grammar knowledge when teaching a language.
