Reflecting upon this unit, I have read and prepared my self for the future units. I have a general over view of what I will be reading. Therefore, I can expect what to learn about in this lesson and what to expect in the real world of teaching. I now know the average salary for teaching and the hours.I think the topics of this unit were one of the most important for teachers to study, because evaluation and testing will always be part of the routine and of course, we have to know well how to apply these different ways to assess our students, so that we can identify their strong and weak points too.
