In this ITTT TEFL review video Irina from Russia shares her course experiences. Irina was already teaching in her country but decided to complete ITTT's 120 hour online course in order to enhance her work in the classroom and to learn more skills. This unit though short was difficult. may be a definition of past tenses would have been helpful. For example, what does past perfect continuous mean? What does a past perfect tense mean? May be an introductoray paragraph explaining in simple term the meaning of each tense would have helped me a lot.Course books are very emotive issue for many teachers.There are advantages and disadvantages to use them but we can not ignore how safe we feel at the classroom while we are teaching a new class.I think best way to use them is use it as a guide and mix our own materials which are more fun and actual.
