In this lesson we learned about teaching pronunciation and phonology. This was my most difficult lesson thus far. I especially found the part about the phonology hard. I will probably need to spend a lot of extra time on this lesson in the future. But I did enjoy learning about how noises are made.Learning that there are different types of testing that can take place over the course of a language class was really helpful in identifying what types would be needed for when. As a teacher, it is important to be able to gauge the ability of the students and what they may or may not have retained.This unit is about the different ways to run a class in comparison to teachers fulfilling the role of the class organizer and the students playing a part in helping each other. It also discusses the right and wrong ways to address problematic behavior and factors that can impact behavior problems.
