I thought this to be a very helpful chapter. It highlighted the importance of the productive skills, speaking and writing well. It was especially helpful for me to see the lesson plan for teaching such skills. I also thought it beneficial to look at the relation between accuracy and fluency.As explained in the unit, \"phonology is the study, science, analysis, and classification properties of sounds. Phonetics and phonology are used interchangeably. There are different areas of phonology discussed in the unit and is important to understand to be able to help with pronunciation.This unite gives full information about past tenses with all examples. A lot of teaching ideas are in the unit also. I find it useful, as it can be confusing sometimes to work with past tenses. I have learnt the major difference between past tenses (Past Perfect Continious and Past Perfect)
