This was a more \"meaty\" lesson, if you will. There was a solid amount of content on how to approach a lesson with the goal of maintaining discipline as well as encouraging desired classroom behavior. I enjoyed the section on class grouping, although it could probably be expanded. A recent book I was reading detailed how grouping was likely the key to effective discipline. Problem behavior likelihood is dependent on students' distance from the teacher, so the goal of any classroom should be to minimize student's distance from the instructor. That can be done in a variety of ways, depending on the class setup. For myself, when giving lecture-style presentations, I use a remote, which allows me to walk around the class instead of focusing on the computer.
