So as the final unit is reached, there is now time to reflect on my strengths/weknesses and contemplate where to revise so as to be able to teach and troubleshoot with confidence. Again, the unit has been highly instructive and enlightening with regard to pointing out all the potential problems and dynamics that will inevitably arise. Being forewarned is essential for a new teacher and allows time to, once again to reflect on the importance of planning. I find the challenge of teaching other cultures very exciting and have gained an enormous insight into some of the psychology and techniques necessary to be successful. This unit reinforced this point very pointedly.
