I think the most important part of this section was the creative writing section/ spelling section. I have a learning disability and it is in written expressions. So, I always had difficulties as a kid with spelling and my desire to write. In this section it stated that the best way to help a student with spelling is through extensive reading. I thought about myself. I think I became better at spelling through the books we had to read as students in middle school and high school. Continuing on to the section on creative writing, I believe it was helpful that my teachers allowed us to write about subjects that we wanted to. It helped us to be creative and it made it more fun to write. This being said with the extensive reading and the ability to write my own stories. I improved greatly in my productive skills.
