This section was very short, and had a lot of replicated information. With that said the focus was reinforcing concepts mentioned in previous units. This includes ESA. Engage, Study, and Activate. Overall the focus is trying to remind the teacher that a mixture of these three concepts is needed in order to teach english in an effective and efficient manner. One of the concepts that I do walk away thinking more consciously about is the boomerang style and the patch work style. I have really began to think critically about using a variety of activities to help the students learn. I hope that I'm able to become more comfortable with employing these concepts when I begin teaching.
